You'll learn: - Preparing the perfect meringue and mastering the art of macaronage - Piping uniform, beautiful shells - Troubleshooting common issues like cracked tops or hollow shells - Creating luscious fillings such as chocolate ganache, raspberry, or seasonal flavours By the end of the session, you'll take home your very own box of freshly baked macarons plus easy-to-follow recipe cards so you can recreate these delightful treats at home with confidence. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the workshop for a full refund, or at least 48 hours for a 50% refund. Due to the minimum 4 participants required to run each class and advance confirmation, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows less than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop.
