SHIPPING & ORDER POLICY

 

Jollie Macarons ships macarons throughout Western Australia (WA) using the Australia Post delivery method.

Free shipping - Orders from 3 dozen

 

Please, be advised that due to the current situation with COVID-19, Australia Post may occasionally experience delays in deliveries that are out of our control. Therefore, we can't issue a refund or macaron replacement on any delayed parcels.

 

Our macarons are shipped in specially-designed packaging that ensures quality and freshness. Despite this, because of macarons’ natural fragility, some cracking or breakage of the macarons may occur during transport. This will not affect the taste or quality of our products. Please, be aware that we do not take responsibility for any damage caused by Australia Post service as we are not able to affect the transportation process.

During summer time we do EXPRESS POST only to avoid long periods of transit.

As French macarons are heat sensitive we recommend that you have someone receiving the order at the address indicated to store the macarons appropriately.

LOCAL DELIVERY 

 

Jollie Macarons only delivers orders at Ellenbrook, The Vines, Aveley, and Brabham. A flat delivery fee of $10 applies. The deliveries are done on TUESDAYs & FRIDAYs from 4pm to 6pm. We make exceptions for holidays and special events that fall outside of our weekly delivery day.

 

We recommend that you have someone receiving the order at the address indicated to store the macarons appropriately or leave an esky or cooler at the door so our driver can place the macarons in it.

 

ORDER PICK-UP

Orders may be picked up at Ellenbrook 6069, WA.

Time and date will be selected at order check outs.

RETURN POLICY

​

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Jollie Macarons does not accept returns.

 

Under certain circumstances, and on a case-by-case basis, Jollie Macarons will offer a credit or re-order.

 

If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 1 day of when your order was received. We will make every effort to make sure that you have enjoyed your Jollie Macarons experience. You may contact us by email at contact@jolliemacarons.com.au.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

Orders may not be cancelled within two business days of the delivery, shipping or pick-up date. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact us by email at contact@jolliemacarons.com.au immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, such requests may not be possible due to time constraints. Accommodations will be made on a case-by-case basis.
