These terms and conditions govern your use of our website, as well as the purchase of products, including online orders and custom orders, from our online store. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information on our website. However, please note that product colours and appearances may vary slightly from the images shown.
All prices listed on our website are in Australian dolars (AU$). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address provided during the checkout process. We cannot be held liable for any delivery issues or failed deliveries arising from inaccuracies or incompleteness in the provided address. It is the customer's responsibility to verify and confirm that the shipping address entered is correct before finalizing the purchase. We strongly recommend double-checking the accuracy of the address to ensure smooth and successful delivery of your order
Custom order pricing will be discussed and confirmed between you and us before finalizing the order. Once agreed upon, we will provide you with the necessary information to proceed with payment.
Any modifications or changes to custom orders must be requested within 7 days of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable modifications, but we reserve the right to deny certain requests based on feasibility or timing constraints.
Please understand we may not be able to replicate a technique or certain items/ products that you have seen in pictures. Product variation in colours and other decorations may also occur.
CANCELATIONS, REFUND & RETURNS
Orders may not be cancelled within two business days of the ship, delivery or pick-up date. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact us at 0479079416 immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, such requests may not be possible due to time constraints. Accommodations will be made on a case-by-case basis.
When canceling a order with us we refund the payment made minus an admin fee of $10 that applies to all orders.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Jollie Macarons does not accept returns.
