Hello there!
At Jollie Macarons, we create the best macarons in Perth. My background is in industrial chemistry, but my true love is baking. Using my experience from the lab, I started a wonderful journey into baking.
It all started in 2013 when I first came to Perth. I began as a self-taught baker, sharing my treats with friends and family. Their positive feedback encouraged me to start my own business. While I began with cakes, I soon found my passion was in baking macarons.
The turning point came when I added French macarons to one of my cakes and fell in love with their look. This inspired me to learn the art of macaron baking. After many tries and tweaks, I created my unique macaron recipe.
My passion for baking drives me every day. Each macaron and cake is made to celebrate the special moments in your life. I hope you'll let us be part of your cherished memories.
Welcome to Jollie Macarons, where every bite is a celebration!
I'm Ellen, the proud owner and baker behind Jollie Macarons.
Making macarons brings me such joy, that I couldn't think of a better name for Jollie Macarons draws its inspiration from the endearing nicknames of my two precious kids—Jojo and Ollie. Jollie emerged as the perfect name for my brand.
Jollie not only reflects the essence of my family but also mirrors the joy and warmth that infuse each batch of macarons crafted with love.
In the heart of this brand name lies the profound connection to my children, Jojo, my charming daughter, and Ollie, my playful son. Their presence and the shared moments of laughter and sweetness have become the driving force behind Jollie Macarons. It's more than a name; it's a testament to the happiness that envelops me as I immerse myself in the art of making macaron.
Every macaron created under the Jollie Macarons banner carries with it the spirit of family, love, and the simple joys that life has to offer. So, when you indulge in a Jollie macaron, you're not just savoring a delicious treat; you're experiencing a slice of the joy that has shaped this brand from the very beginning.
