Allergen Information

At Jollie Macarons, every macaron is handcrafted in small batches in our West Leederville kitchen. We take allergies seriously and want you to enjoy our treats safely.

 

What's in our macarons: Macaron shells are made from almond meal and egg whites, so every macaron contains both. Most fillings also contain milk. Some flavours contain wheat, soy or pistachio. The allergens for each flavour are listed below and on each product in our online store.

Cross-contact: All our products are made in the same kitchen, using shared equipment, alongside ingredients including tree nuts, wheat, milk, egg and soy. We follow careful cleaning and handling practices, but we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of these allergens. For this reason, our products are not suitable for people with a tree nut allergy, and we recommend that anyone with a severe allergy or coeliac disease does not consume them.
